Sales & Marketing Manager – FMCG

Location: Pune

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with a hardcore sales & marketing mindset to drive business growth in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of retail operations and a proven track record in sales, business development, and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:


New Business Development – Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and partners to expand market presence.

Sales & Revenue Growth – Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Retail & FMCG Market Expertise – Strong understanding of retail supply chain, distribution models, and consumer behavior.

Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.

Negotiation & Deal Closing – Drive sales conversions with strategic negotiation skills.

Marketing & Branding – Work on promotional activities, exhibitions, and events to enhance brand visibility.

Networking & Presentation Skills – Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Monitor market trends and provide insights for business growth.


Key Requirements:


✔️ Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

✔️ Experience: 4-8 years in FMCG sales & marketing (retail, distribution, B2B/B2C).

✔️ Industry Knowledge: FMCG, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain.

✔️ Events & Exhibitions: Experience in handling trade shows and promotional events.

✔️ Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

✔️ Travel: Willingness to travel for business expansion.
