Job Description:
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their automation needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the automation industry, including through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Consultation & Needs Assessment: Engage with potential customers to understand their automation challenges and requirements. Recommend appropriate solutions that align with their business goals.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our automation products and services.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals effectively, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to offer customers the most relevant and competitive solutions.
- Sales Reporting & Targets: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and achievement of sales targets. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in automation, technology, or related fields.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of automation technologies and their applications in various industries.
- Proven track record in sales, including lead generation, client presentations, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative sales team.
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or ZOHO) and Microsoft Office suite.
