Senior Level Sales Development Representative - REMOTE

Budget : 10-12LPA + Incentive


Responsibilities:

  • KPIs - Number of conversations initiated, BANT Qualified leads (BQLs), $ pipeline generated.
  • Reach out to decision-makers at relevant companies using various outreach methods, including emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn. A list of target companies will be provided monthly by the data team.
  • Engage prospects, understand their needs, provide them with valuable information, and manage relationships until they are ready to explore our services.
  • Develop strategies after initial discovery to present the value of Legal’s services to the right decision-makers.
  • Use CRM (Hubspot) to maintain and report on your activity and outcome metrics.

You will be supported by

  • A dedicated data team that provides a database of potential clients, allowing you to focus on outreach and engagement.
  • A marketing team that continually produces case studies, educational content, and newsletters to assist your outreach efforts.

Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Experience in sales, particularly in the legal or SaaS industry, is a plus.

  • Outgoing and confident, enjoys building new relationships.
  • Attention to detail, disciplined with CRM management.
  • Receptive to feedback and quick to learn new concepts.
  • Highly motivated, accountable, and solution-oriented, especially in a startup environment.

What will a typical month look like?

  • At the beginning of each month, you will review the previous month’s outreach results with the Manager, identify what worked well, and learn from the experiences of other SDRs.
  • You will plan your outreach to a selected list of companies for that month, deciding on the messaging and approach.
  • Typically, you will engage with around ~1000 companies each month.
  • Your daily routine will include 2 hours of emails, 2 hours of calls/LinkedIn connects, 2 hours of adding new prospects to your outreach, and 1 hour of team meetings.
