Job Title: REMOTE ~ Recruiter | Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Remote - Work from home
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: INR 5,000 per month ~ from 2nd month (1st month training period)
Laptop: You must have your laptop
Internet: Good internet connectivity 50mbps atleast
After 3 months the internship would be converted into full-time employment, depending upon your performance.
Role Description:
The HR - Recruiter - Interns will be responsible for sourcing and screening potential interns, conducting interviews, coordinating the intern hiring process, and providing recruitment support to the HR team. The role also includes managing HR databases, assisting with onboarding, and supporting various HR projects.
Qualifications
- Handling daily end-to-end recruitment
- Calling up prospective candidates for job pitch
- Handling all the aspects of recruitment from sourcing the candidates till the candidate joins the organization
- Sourcing prospective candidates by utilizing various methods including internet job boards, LinkedIn, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
- Screening applicants' skills based on their resume and through interviews
- Following and supporting our recruiter in interviews and meetings
- Conduct and participate in organizing employee engagement events for new and existing employees
The ideal candidate must :
- 0-1 year of experience
- Have a willingness to be flexible: Works beyond what is described in the job description.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlines
- Be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
- Have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
