About the Role: Are you a tech enthusiast with a passion for patents? If you’ve got 1-3  years of experience with patent drafting and prosecution and love the idea of using AI to  make patent processes faster and smarter, we want to hear from you! This isn’t your typical  patent associate role. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to leverage AI to streamline  everything from patent searches to drafting and handling Office Actions. If you're excited  about working smarter, not harder, this is the perfect fit. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Invention Mining: Collaborate with inventors by listening to calls or reviewing  documents that describe their innovations. Your role will be to extract patent-worthy  ideas from these discussions and documents. You'll then prepare concise, clear  documents to communicate these ideas and confirm the technical features with the  inventor, ensuring everything is well-defined for patent drafting. 

• Use AI to Supercharge Patent Searches: Use AI tools to conduct smart, fast, and  thorough patent searches that get us to the answers quicker and more efficiently. 

• AI-Assisted Patent Drafting: You’ll get to work with cutting-edge AI drafting tools  that help create high-quality patent applications faster.  

• Speed Up Office Action Responses: Use AI to assist in drafting fast and effective  responses to FERs and US Office Actions.  

• Automate Routine Patent Work: Work with the team to find ways AI can automate  routine tasks, helping us deliver faster, more accurate results to clients. 

• Manage Portfolios: Flagging key dates, deadlines, and ensuring follow-ups so  nothing falls through the cracks.  

• Stay Ahead of the Tech Curve: As AI evolves, we want you to be the one bringing in  new tools, ideas, and innovations to make our patent processes even more efficient. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• You’ve got 1-3 years of experience in the patent world (bonus points if you’ve worked  with US patents!).

• You know your way around patent searches, drafting, and responding to office  actions – but you also get the power of AI tools to make all that work easier and  faster. 

• You’re a master communicator in English – whether it’s drafting patents or sending  clear responses, you know how to get your point across. 

• You’re excited about using AI to make your job more efficient, freeing up time for  creative problem-solving and innovative thinking. 

• You’ve got a BTech Degree.
