• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge Zoho, zoom and Gsuite management 
• WhatsApp Group Management

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist in the operational activities of the company
• Manage backend processes to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure efficient time management to meet deadlines
• Prepare and write reports for analysis and decision-making
• Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues
• Identify areas for process quality improvement and implement necessary changes
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
