Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our remote team in Pune. In this full-time role, you will leverage your experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to support our recruitment efforts. With required work experience of 1 to 3 years, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch talent. As a member of our recruitment team, you will have the opportunity to grow within our organization while contributing to its success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability in sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals (Mandatory skill).
- Effective screening of resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for interviews (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in interviewing candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to conduct candidate assessments through structured evaluation methods ensuring high-quality hires.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
- Proficient time management to meet deadlines and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels and tools.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability for client needs.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring timely and effective communication with all parties.
- Assist in the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Perform candidate assessments and provide feedback to hiring managers for informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve processes and contribute to achieving team goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics using our systems.
