Title : Estimation & Budgeting - Manager level

Location: Opposite Ghansoli Railway, Thane

Thane Belapur Road, Navi Mumbai 400710, India

Roles and Responsibilities : -

• Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects

• Develop detailed project cost estimates including material, labor, and equipment costs, as well as project timelines

• Manage project budgets and ensure that they are maintained throughout the construction process

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Monitor construction progress and identify potential budget issues

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure that we receive the best prices for materials and services

• Develop and maintain a database of cost estimates for different types of construction projects

• Prepare and present reports to senior management on project costs and budget status

Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should Have -

Technical (T) and Non-Technical (NT):-

• Proven track record of working on premium Residential &

Commercial projects

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, costs, and techniques

• Familiarity with estimation software and tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
