Location : CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Job Type : Full Time


We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in marketing, a strong understanding of digital marketing activities, and the ability to carry out these activities with the help of a digital marketing agency.


Role And Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the companys business goals and objectives
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team and external partners to create and execute marketing plans and campaigns
  • Create pitch presentations and proposals for high-ticket clients, and close deals effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
  • Have a marketing bend of mind
  • Lead Generation: Efficiently mine data for organic leads via Google, social media, and LinkedIn.
  • Sales Execution: Communicate effectively to close contracts after addressing client needs.
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls: Engage in customer outreach through cold calls and handle inbound inquiries.
  • Sales Target Orientation: Driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Sales Activity Reporting: Maintain precise records for timely sales reporting.
  • Pipeline Management and Forecasting: Manage pipelines and forecast sales outcomes accurately.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analyses to deliver winning solutions for clients.

Requirements


  • Masters degree in marketing.
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
