Job Overview

Our client, an established company in the Education/EdTech domain, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join their growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, with a strong focus on customer relationship management, lead generation, and revenue growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, understanding of sales strategies and processes.
  • Must have telecalling experience with confidence in telecalling and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Good English speaking skills to communicate persuasively and clearly with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) – essential for closing deals and fostering beneficial agreements.
  • Customer relationship management (Mandatory skill) – ability to manage and nurture relationships effectively for long-term success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience in achieving and surpassing sales targets while maintaining high performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing client interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful professional relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and generate leads to strengthen the company's market position.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business success.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients to promote company offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
