Asst. Manager - Finance

Location : Ghansoli

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Review P&L and Balance Sheet for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform variance analysis to track financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct ledger scrutiny to ensure correctness of accounting entries.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports with insights on financial performance.
• Develop and maintain P&L and Balance Sheet schedules for review.
• Ensure monthly provisions for income and expenses are accurately recorded.
• Build and monitor ERP controls.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in the budgeting process and financial planning activities.
• Support rolling forecasts and financial projections.

3. Audit & Compliance

• Manage internal and external audits to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS and other relevant accounting standards.
• Coordinate with auditors and address their queries.

4. Related Party Transactions & Group Company Coordination

• Coordinate with group companies to track and monitor related party transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for related party transactions.

5. Financial Statement Preparation

• Prepare and present financial statements as per Ind AS and regulatory requirements.
• Support in preparing schedules, notes, and disclosures for financial reporting.
