About the Role

As Manager - Doctor Relations, you will be responsible for starting & building relationswit h doctors, clinics & hospitals in your city and empanelling them with us.

It will involve local travel for in-person meetings.

Skills and Competencies

  • Good at convincing people and enjoys sales thoroughly
  • Excellent communication skills with expert level fluency in English
  • Excellent at B2B sales and must enjoy being on the field
  • A highly self-driven, self-starter with very strong ownership of their work
  • A strong mindset for building great business relationships
  • A keen Interest in the healthcare space
  • Existing relations with doctors will be considered a bonus


Responsibilities


  • Help set up a new referral marketing channel for the company
  • Own sales targets to onboard doctors and facilitate referrals through doctors, clinics & hospitals
  • Help define new benchmarks of performance in a fast-growing startup environment
