We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team at a junior position in the manufacturing industry. The role is based in Gurgaon and is a full-time position. Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in selling aluminum products, showcasing a deep knowledge of product specifications and market demands.
  • Proven track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • {@code BDE} experience in a related industry, with skills in developing and managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with new and existing clients, fostering strong business relations.
  • Strong negotiation skills to create favorable sales agreements that align with company goals and client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting, demonstrating initiative and proactive approach to problem-solving.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telesales activities to introduce products and services to prospective clients in the manufacturing industry.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying potential customers and closing deals within a specified timeframe.
  • Engage in market research to identify new lead opportunities and maintain an organized lead database.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for enhancing sales performance.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits of aluminum products.
  • Negotiate agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial contracts, focusing on client retention.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market trends to management for informed decision-making.
