Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Telesales Executive to join our team at our Bangalore Urban office. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by initiating and managing effective sales calls. This is a full-time position within our team of over 50 dedicated employees, offering a dynamic work environment committed to excellence.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in telesales, demonstrating a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through telephone sales efforts.
  • Exceptional telecalling skills with the ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in business development executive (BDE) strategies, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into loyal clients.
  • Strong cold-calling skills, with the ability to generate leads and build relationships with prospects through proactive outreach.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Telesales executives (Mandatory skill) must demonstrate mastery in initiating sales calls and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while driving independent sales initiatives and achieving individual targets.
  • Comfortable with CRM software tools and the ability to input and analyze data for informed sales decisions and strategies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and identify client needs to pitch the right services.
  • Maintain productive client relationships to encourage repeat business and client retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through direct telesales activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with leads effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to prospective clients over the phone.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and enhance sales productivity and client reach.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to inform team efforts and improve results.
