• Filling position with an organization

• Developing our network of suitable candidates interviewing candidates

• Working with organization to develop a recruitment plan.

• Source potential candidates from various online networks.

• Be active with some online portals, social media networks and platform to find qualified candidates for open position

• End to end recruitment skills

• Have to take responsibility of screening the CV’s to Onboarding process.

• Conducting initial telephonic interview with candidate.

• Daily update.

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job description, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

• Maintain employee records, according to policy and legal documents.

• Review employment and working condition to ensure legal compliance.

• Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
