Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing professional to join our team at Besten Engineers And Consultants India Pvt Ltd. This role requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience. As a Sales & Marketing professional, you will be responsible for promoting our engineering and design services in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the engineering or industrial sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
