Required candidates with US Logistics & International BPO/MNC Experience, Minimum 6 Months
Location : Mohali, Chandigarh, Delhi & Gurgaon
Salary: 25k to 65k Plus 15% incentive
Interview Timing : 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm (Sat/Sun Off)
Responsibilities
- Searching new clients through various portals-google.
- Identify and contact qualified carriers for freight services.
- Negotiating with freight carriers.
- Scheduling and tracking shipments.
- Ensure that freight paperwork is completed and approved before transportation.
- Manage pickup and delivery schedules.
- Track and report shipment status of loads.
- Respond to customer concerns and queries professionally.
- Maintain positive and productive relationship with customers.
