As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and memorable. - Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to travel bookings
- Stay updated with travel industry trends and developments to provide current and relevant information to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
- Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to ensure the best possible travel options for clients
- Offer excellent customer service, addressing clients' needs and preferences with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage travel budgets and expenses effectively
- Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options
- Upsell additional travel products and services to enhance clients' travel experiences
