Job Description

·        Functional Support for DMS Software for the channel partner

·        Maintain call/support log in Excel

·        Handle basic issue in computer and understanding and resolution of it by taking the remote if required.

·        Escalate complex problems to the DMS vendor and follow up

·        Help in the delivery of DMS training to the Distributors & Team Members.

Coordinate with Channel Partners to resolve problems & Operational troubleshooting day to day in DMS
