Job Description
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from vendors as well as from end-users.
· Should be able to communicate in English via call or via Emails for any IT procurement related queries.
· Coordinate and prioritize helpdesk activities, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.
· Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel and follow up to ensure resolution.
· Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and closure of tickets.
· Vendor co-ordination for quotation and other purchase related queries.
· IT assets inventory management.
· Must have knowledge of Email communication.
· Develop standard operating procedures for IT support staff that outline how problems are identified, documented, assigned and corrected.
· Coordination with external vendors on any Quotation related query.
