Responsibilities:
1) Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from vendors as well as from end-users
2) Respond promptly and professionally to user requests for technical assistance, either in person, via chat, phone, email, or through the ticketing system.
3) Coordinate and prioritize helpdesk activities, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.
4) Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel and follow up to ensure resolution.
5) Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and closure of tickets.
6) Vendor co-ordination for quotation and other purchase related queries.
7) IT assets inventory management.
8) Assist in the setup and configuration of new computer systems, including user accounts, and email accounts. etc.
9) Coordination with external vendors on any technical issues.
