JD of a Social Media Manager

What will you do?

• Creating engaging posts, mainly in the form of graphics, texts, compilation & transformative content
• Creating short-form videos using our licensed graphic editing tools like Photoshop, Canva, etc
• Regular monitoring and analysis of the performance of our social media profiles: Instagram & Youtube primarily
• Keeping up with current film & celebrity events and social media trends
• Drive & Build reach and traffic on our profiles.
• Launch monetization of the social media channels

We want a person to join our team who:

• Can create engaging graphics and short video forms
• Can use at least one of the graphics programs: Canva, Photoshop, or others
• Keeps track of the latest events and easily finds topics and materials that engage users
• Can create interesting content for users with different interests (social topics, show business, lifestyle)
• Knows how to analyze social media activities
• He or She knows the spoken and written ENGLISH language perfectly and will catch any typo. Additional knowhow of Telugu will be play as an Advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage all social media accounts : Instagram acc; FB, Threads; & Youtube.

Content postings; Content management ; Channel management; Steer each of these channels towards monetisations; Administer & manage monetisations of Instagram, FB & Youtube channels.

Other criteria:

WFH option with 3 alternate days in a week to work out of office.

High accountability in terms of work output on daily basis. Fill up & share daily work details.

Need to be available for work for a minimum of 8:30 hours a day from home. Connected well with the inhouse team.
