Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Sr Sales Executive to join our team at Beacon Group India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships with key clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading player in the global diagnostic industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the diagnostic or medical device industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the management team
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify potential growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients
