The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Responsibilities
1. Technical support to Sales Team as pre-sales activity.
2. Post sales, give training to new Installation at least two days if required.
3. Meeting premium customers.
4. Organizing Scientific seminars, Regional Conferences and CMEs all India.
5. Solving Customers query & Application trouble shooting.
6. Preparation of training Manuals, Product Brochures.
7. Refreshers Course for sales Team time to time.
8. Coordination between Sales and Corporate communication dept for new development.
9. Support marketing programs and participate in developing marketing strategies.
10. Support sales team & distributors for pre-sales activities like explaining the product benefits, preparing sales material and configuration tools to sales teams & distributors.
11. Market intelligence, competition product comparison, Monitoring competitors’ activities through sales Team.
12. Maintaining after-sales relationships and development of long-term Premium customer relationships.
13. Maintaining high level of understanding and coordination among the team and cross function team.
14. Refresher HEE training and follow up for Advance products.
