Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to join our team at Beacon Group India. As the International Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our presence and driving business growth in international markets. This role requires a strong understanding of the global diagnostic industry and excellent negotiation and strategic planning skills. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Proven track record of 7 to 10 years of experience in international business development, preferably in the diagnostic industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the global diagnostic market and trends.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in market research, analysis, and strategic planning.
- Experience in managing international distributors and partners.
- Knowledge of Hematology, Biochemistry, and Medical Devices will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages such as Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in international markets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate and expand market share in target regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and potential customers.
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and pricing terms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and marketing campaigns in international markets.
- Provide timely reports and analysis on market performance, sales forecasts, and business development activities.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to maintain compliance and drive business growth.
