Role: Domestic recruiter

Location : Hyderabad (Work from office)

Immediate to 30 days Joiner preferred

Exp:- 1 to 3 Yrs

Responsibilities

Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

Performing in-person, video and phone interviews with candidates

Making recommendations to company hiring managers based on the current market trends

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

Following up on the interview process status

Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

Maintains records on recruiting activities as required

Must Have

Strong communications Skills

Contract staffing, Domestic staffing, C2H

Strong communications Skills experience working on Contract staffing, Domestic staffing

Experience working on Boolean search
