Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at BCAD Global. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a junior-level position with a required experience of 1 to 3 years. The job is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and it is a full-time role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with structural steel detailing would be a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of our services
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business risks and opportunities
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent BCAD Global and promote our services
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to the management team
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies
