Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team at Brand Brigade Marketing Pvt Ltd. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and screening candidates for various positions within our organization. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of recruitment experience. The role is full-time and based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, referrals, and networking events
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, from application to offer stage
• Maintain a database of candidate information and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Contribute to employer branding efforts and help enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice
