Key Responsibilities

 Work with functions to identify problem statement, refine requirements and create

detailed BRDs

 Conduct Level 1 debugging of all issues raised before it is assigned to the development

team and interface between the tech & functions

 Create test cases for the business users and perform a joint testing with them before any

module is moved to production

 Create detailed documentation of all tech/functional processes in a prescribed format

 Work along with the PMs to create data to backup any feature developed and success

metrics to track, once it is developed

 Participate in all Sprint events to prioritise and plan activities as per the project plan

Qualifications

 Preferably Computer Science/Engineering Graduates

 2 years of relevant work experience

 Prior experience of setting up processes & project planning

 Experience in using data tools to derive product insights
