*Job Description: Channel Partner / Closure Sales:
Meeting and Engaging with Channel Partner on a daily basis.
Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners by setting up targets and reviewing their performance.
Ensure project meets the sales targeted from channel Partners.
Ensuring continuous improvement and up-gradation of Channel Process.
Ensure regular Product, Product & Price updates to Channel Partners.
Planning and Execution of multiple Channel Partner Events during Pre-Launch, Launch and Sustenance.
Planning and execution of Promotional Activities, Campaigns, Events, etc with Key Channel Partners for their customers.
Ensure constantly improving Channel Partner Experience.
Gather market intelligence on competitors and their activities at regular intervals.
Responsible for Outbound Meeting and/or closure of Deals.
Attending customer walk-ins, greeting and showing them the audio, video and project presentation.
Following up with the customer to close the booking.
Resolving the queries at site in respect to car parking issues, customer access, construction related issues, coordination with projects team etc.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales reports and maintaining it.
To contribute and participate in the formulation and implementation of the sales strategy for the project.
Negotiating with the customer and closing the deal.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
To participate in the conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project
To continuously track changing trends, price bench marking, market dynamics, customer requirements & feedback and convey the same to the Managers/ Management. Desired Skills and Experience:
Excellent Network of Channel Partners
Need to be presentable with positive attitude
Must have Good Communication Skills
Must have good experience of Channel /Corporate / Closure sales
Must have proven track record of performance
Must be a team player Go the extra mile to achieve its targets
Need to portray Management and Leadership skills Education:
Candidate need to minimum Graduate with 1 to 3 years of work experience.
MBA Graduates with 1 to 3 years of work experience.
