Process: Medical Billing (Claim Settlement)

About Company:Healthcell India is a leading US based technology-enabled provider of healthcare revenue cycle management and

business management solutions.

Analyze the AR work order assigned.

Call US medical insurance companies or utilize other available resources to resolve AR.

Complete documentation in the billing system and take appropriate action to resolve the accounts.

Coordinate with the group coordinator/Team Leader in the AR process.

Meet the productivity and quality targets as set by the management.

Title:Process Only Experienced candidates from Healthcare background who have worked for Accounts Receivable

Sr. AR Caller - Minimum 3years - 4 years plus of International AR experience

Location Boundaries    Bhayander to Bandra, Extented to Mahim Matunga & Sion

Should be willing to work in US Shift. ( 5.30pm to 2.30pm)

Experience in Denial Management (Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management) process.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to prioritize and manage work queues.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Should be a result oriented person and works towards solving the issues instead of

dragging the issues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words /min.
