Roles and Responsibilities
Asst Manager / Senior HR Executive professional to assist our HR activities in its Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance review & Employees timely assessments
Asst Manager HR / Senior HR Executive Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with payroll processing skill with Time office Management and Leave Management.
2. Familiar with Statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Minimum Wage Act & all other Labour legislation Act as per Karnataka Shops and Establishment.
3. Manage employees grievances.
4. Implement effective sourcing, screening of candidates at all levels of recruitment and interviewing techniques.
5. Recruiting the candidates on a timely sourcing against budgeted strength for smooth functioning of operations need on manpower assistance.
6. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
7. Creating an environment of open communication.
8. Organize employee records, Personal files, and contracts.
9. Implement employee retention programs.
10. Coordinate accommodation, catering, and other work for staff when necessary.
11. Excellent communication skills with local language are must.
12. Work experience as an HR Executive, preferably in the Hospitality / Hotel industry with 4 to 6 years of industry experience preferred)
Desired Candidate Profile
To succeed as an Asst Manager / Senior HR Executive professional, you should have professional experience of 5 to 8 yrs working in Hotel or Facility / Hospitality industry with an excellent communication skills and record-keeping activities. You should also to be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong Computer Skills in MS Office and Tally - Payroll software. Graduate in any discipline is a must.
