Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled OPEX professional to join our team at Basik Innovation LLP. As a Senior OPEX, you will be responsible for streamlining and improving our operational processes and procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. This is a full-time position based in Vapi, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in operational excellence or process improvement roles.
• knowledge about Lean Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and problem solving
• Should have knowledge about regulations nd compliances.
• Should have knowledge about Kaizen/5S/6 Sigma
• OEE
• QOS / VSM

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
• Leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Preparing reports on operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practices.
• Motivating employees to improve performance by forecasting a culture of continuous improvement
• Recommendation new equipment purchases to improve efficiency.
• Establishing standards for other department to follow when processing orders or performing other tasks.
• Developing new process to streamline operations and improve customer service.
