Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NDP Engineer to join our team at Basik Innovation LLP. As an NDP Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining new product development projects. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in product development. The role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in new product development.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software, Solid Works and other design tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and implement new product development projects from conceptualization to launch.
• Develop & review design proto types, perform test & finalize product to facilitate mass production responsible for pilot clot.
• Design new concept for development of new product & maintain technical compatibility to develop concepts into product.
• Responsible for development f ne tooling evaluated to plastic molding, steel die, & mold metal cutting & maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure project success.
• Conduct feasibility studies, analyze market trends, and identify potential product enhancements or modifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet target deliverables.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation including project plans, design specifications, and test records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source components and materials for product development.
• Perform product testing, validation, and verification to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Identify and address technical issues or challenges during the product development process.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging technologies relevant to product development.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and marketing strategies.
