Job Description
• Conditional monitoring of all mechanical equipment.
• Preventive & Corrective maintenance of all mechanical equipment.
• Machine CLIT performance & shift wise documentation.
• To reduce downtime of machine through Kaizen.
• Monitoring shift wise breakdown activities to minimise production loss.
• To improve safety practices and procedures.
• To take ownership in all kind of machine activities.
• Training to new joiner at shop floor to prevent breakdown.
• Implementation of 5s.
