JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Physical, chemical & organoleptic sampling and analysis of

1) Raw material

2) In-process material

3) Finished goods

4) Water

5) Packing material etc

• Maintaining records & documentation of related analysis.

• Preservation & storage of samples as specified in the manuals.

• To conduct the shelf life studies as and when required.

• To help in the R&D of any new product/process as and when required.

• To ensure timely calibration of the equipment being use by you in the laboratory.

• To follow the hygiene requirements of laboratory as per GHP & GLP.

• To maintain inventory of laboratory chemicals & consumables.

• To impart the trainings.

• To ensure the GMP, GHP & food safety in the Plant.

• Assist in preparation and creation of SOP as and when required.

• You shall be reporting to the senior executive.

• Management reserve the right to amend this, at its role description.

• Any other quality related work assigned time to time by the department head.

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of laboratory procedures and results

• Assess laboratory equipment needs and train laboratory personnel in new equipment operation.

• Assist the Laboratory Supervisor in coordinating the activities and operations of the laboratory and overseeing lower level staff.
