Job Title : WordPress Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a talented Website Developer to join our team. The Website Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and developing custom websites that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing custom websites that meet client’s business objectives

• Creating website layouts and user interfaces

• Developing and maintaining website back-end using modern web technologies 

• Working with web content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla

• Ensuring website responsiveness and optimal performance across different devices and browsers

• Conducting website testing and debugging to ensure seamless user experience

• Collaborating with the creative team to ensure website design and functionality align with brand voice and values

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and best practices

• Providing technical support to the team and clients

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in website development, preferably in a professional setting.

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails

• Experience with web content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla

• Understanding of website optimization techniques and SEO best practices

• Experience with website testing and debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools or Firebug

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively with the team
