Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 3 to 9 months of experience to manage financial transactions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of Tally and hold a BCom degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements.
- Ensure tax compliance and assist in audits.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Process payroll and collaborate with departments for accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- B. Com degree is mandatory.
- 3 to 9 months of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally and basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
