BankPro is looking for candidates to fill positions in private sector banks. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and reliable individual with a strong attention to detail and a desire to work in the banking sector.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a 90-day paid training program to learn the banking sector and its operations.

• Develop a thorough understanding of banking regulations and procedures.

• Follow up with bank customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.

• Monitor customer accounts for any discrepancies or discrepancies in compliance with regulations.

• Provide customer service to clients in the banking sector.

• Ensure all bank transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Take up any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in from any stream with 50%.

• Age should be less than 28 years.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
