Job Overview

Banga Solar Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Field Services Engineer to join our team in Guwahati. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for freshers. The candidate will be expected to travel extensively to provide on-site services, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems. The Field Services Engineer will play a crucial role in troubleshooting, repair, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems at customer sites.
  • Conduct routine inspections and provide technical support to ensure systems are functioning optimally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and enhance service delivery standards.
  • Document and report issues, interventions, and outcomes to manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of solar systems.
  • Engage in strong relationship-building practices with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
  • Participate in project management activities, contributing to the planning and execution of projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to bring innovative solutions to customers.
