Job Overview

We are seeking a committed Field Sales Executive to join our team at Banga Solar Pvt Ltd. This junior position is full-time and based in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role requires strong sales acumen to expand our customer base and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing relationships and will possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience of 1 to 3 years in sales or a related field, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software, Salesforce, and Customer Relationship Management skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Skilled in prospecting techniques to identify new leads and business opportunities.
  • Strong time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with using Google Workspace for daily operations and communications.
  • Experience using data analysis tools to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales visits and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities and client interactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities in the solar sector.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective and existing clients to showcase product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of solar products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company on a regular basis.
  • Report on sales activity, market feedback, and competitive information to senior management.
