1       Prepare Daily melting Plan vs Actual with melting worker.

2       Prepare Daily of Melting Log sheet & discuss with melting Worker regarding melting issues.

3        Prepare Daily power consumption of melting.

4        Regarding melting manpower & ladle manpower discussion.

5       Ensuring PPE’s worn by team members

6       Preparing and maintaining HIRA, Aspect impact & risk analysis documents

7      Ensure all are wearing PPE’s

Required competences

·        DME / BE / B tech in Mechanical /Metallurgy

·        Minimum 5 Years’ experience in field of foundry basically Melting,

·        Manpower handling techniques

·        Knowledge of Quality System, Environment system, Safety system
