Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our Levi's outlet in Hyderabad. This mid-level, full-time position requires a professional with a keen interest in retail management, superior customer service ability, and sales expertise.
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Forecasting (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in predicting future sales trends to ensure the store meets its financial and operational goals.
- Product Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Deep understanding of Levi's product lines to support sales efforts and customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Expertise in managing stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring product availability.
- Visual Merchandising: Skill in designing effective store layouts and displays to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates, ensuring high performances and morale.
- Problem Solving: Strong capability to address and resolve customer complaints and other store-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Levi's store, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive store atmosphere.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and conducting regular stock counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and maintain visually appealing store displays in line with brand guidelines to attract customers and increase sales.
- Train, supervise, and provide ongoing support and development opportunities for store staff.
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure the store complies with all operational policies and procedures, promoting a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Foster a team-oriented environment, promoting collaboration and a positive work culture among staff.
