Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Levi's store in Chennai
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all shoppers
• Manage and motivate a team of retail staff
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, including ordering and receiving inventory
• Implement strategies to increase store sales and meet targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure store efficiency and cleanliness
• Ability to handle staff grievances and control attrition
• Responsible for shrinkage control and managing optimum stock level for the store
• Need to deal with customer queries and complaints to give best customer service experience.
