2.After Scanning Stocks Create the Report And Submit To Superior.
3.Verification of physical stock count with the system count.
4.Analyse & take action to prevent manual adjustments with shrink impact
5.Ensure completeness and accuracy of the count
6.Perform spot checks to ensure accuracy of counts.
7.Provide on a daily basis report on the shrink results
