Job Overview


Full-Time Senior Account Manager role in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. SBE Unique Retails Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional with more than 10 years of experience to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, excellent account management and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.


Qualifications and Skills


  • More than 10 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in account management and negotiation techniques
  • Experience with Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and nurture key accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to establish favorable terms
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to align strategies and achieve business objectives
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement
