● Understand multiple complex University Entry Requirements and Application Procedure
● Able to Train other team members and monitor the process performance
● Take training from the university and prepare training material about the university and its courses
Application Process
● Work on processing application of each student allocated to them and liaise with UK based British and European student to convince them to attend unievristy interview
● Check and upgrade students CV and personal statement
● Prepare the students for the interviews with university
● Present and give webinars to students
● Resolve students queries and give them solutions
● Update the CRM and Spreadseets without making mistakes
● Prepare reports daily and weekly through MIS
Skills
● Very good and Fluent English without grammatical mistakes.
● Ability to understand English Accent
● Very well organised
● Attention to detail and meticulous in work
Salary upto 4LPA
3+ years of experience working in a KPO/BPO
Good command in English
Read to work from office Mon to Sat 2PM to 11PM
