We're hiring a Financial Analyst for our Team.

Position: Financial Analyst

Experience: 3 - 8 Years

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office)

The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting investment decision-making processes, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic insights to drive value creation for our portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a deep understanding of the VC or IB industry.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or venture capital.
3. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and industry dynamics within the VC or IB industry.
4. Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex financial information into actionable insights and investment recommendations.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
