We're hiring Account Executive for our Team.

Accounts Payable Processing:

• Review and process invoices received from vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to verify billing accuracy and
• resolve discrepancies.
• Obtain necessary approvals for payment processing.
• Prepare and process payment runs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain vendor accounts and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Review applicability of TDS at purchase and expense level and its bookkeeping.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions and GSTR 2B
• reconciliations.
• Generate reports summarizing accounts payable aging, payment status, and GST
• compliance.
• Provide necessary documentation and support for internal audits and tax filings.
• Maintain proper booking related to travel expense and reimbursement expenses.

GSTR 2B Matching:

• Retrieve GSTR 2B reports from the GST portal on a regular basis.
• Match purchase data from invoices and purchase registers with the corresponding data
• in GSTR 2B.
• Identify variances and discrepancies between purchase data and GSTR 2B reports.
• Investigate and resolve variances, including communication with vendors and internal
• stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns based on reconciled data.
• Stay updated with changes in GST regulations and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles and best practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as ERPnext , Tally prime
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
