Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team at Babblebots.ai. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cutting-edge AI-Recruiters platform. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience, based at our headquarters in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Experience with web application development and frameworks
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the Babblebots.ai AI-Recruiters platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies
• Work in an agile environment and deliver high-quality software within deadlines
